Autogenous pressurize through mutual in-tank combustion

#WhyDontTheyJust #WDTJ #OLF  Wouldn't tanks pressurize autogenous if you injected a small amount of LOX into fuel tank and vise versa, over catalyst bed, basically reacting it in the ullage of the tank.
